What inspired Recreative Resolution?
Short answer: I believe in empowering people.
Complex answer: First, teaching theater improvisation, I saw in the classes how it changes people's lives. Then I turned my passion for LEGO® into a certification and saw how our friends and family were amazed every time we practiced with them. Finally, I always play board games. I knew all three had potential, I studied and documented, practiced and perfected until I was ready to propose them as highly resolute tools.
I have 20 years of corporate experience in Project Management and Continuous Improvement delivered in multinationals around the world and certifications such as Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and to manage teams of DevOps.
I have seen many projects and more processes, and it is becoming increasingly clear to me that there is no successful business that does not have participation, collaboration and purpose behind it..

My name is Elisa Ciraci. Born in Italy, living in Barcelona, Spain.

I am certified LEGO® Serious Play® methodology facilitator, She is an actress and teacher of theatrical improvisation with a deep belief in hands-on learning and empowering participants.
I see it with my eyes in classes and workshops: the best way to analyze and move forward is to experiment.

Based in Barcelona, available all over Europe. I speak fluent Spanish, English, Italian and French, while practicing to bring my Catalan to the same level.
