What inspired Recreative Resolution?
Short answer: I believe in empowering people.

Detailed answer: I have 20 years of corporate experience in project management and continuous improvement, gained while working at multinational companies around the world, and certifications such as Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and to manage teams of DevOps.
I have seen many projects and more processes, and it is becoming increasingly clear to me that there is no successful business that does not have participation, collaboration and purpose behind it..


My name is Elisa Ciraci. Born in Italy, living in Barcelona, Spain.

I am certified LEGO® Serious Play® methodology facilitator, She is an actress and teacher of theatrical improvisation with a deep belief in hands-on learning and empowering participants.
I see it firsthand in my classes and assessment workshops: the best way to analyze and make progress is through experimentation.

Based in Barcelona, available all over Europe. I speak fluent Spanish, English, Italian and French, while practicing to bring my Catalan to the same level.
